Will the airlift system work on a lift 2016 Superduty?

Air Lift does make a kit for your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty, however, the # AL88399 is not going to work since it's only compatible with 2017-2019 Ford Super Duty pickups.

The correct Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs for your truck are part # AL88395 for 2 wheel drive, or # AL88396 if you have a 4 wheel drive.

Unless the lift on your truck is a body lift, you'll need a spacer kit as well. If your truck does have a suspension lift, measure the distance between the upper and lower brackets and subtract the height of the air spring you're going to be install. In this case, 6 inches for the two options mentioned above. If that difference is 4 inches, you'll need part # AL52440. If that difference is 2 inches, use part # AL52420.

Either one will pair up nicely with a compressor like the Heavy Duty Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System # AL25856, which gives you the convenience to control the air springs independently.
