Heavy trailers and bed loads can make the rear end sag, which throws off steering and braking. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support to keep your truck sitting level and stable. With air pressure adjustable from 5 psi to 100 psi, you can dial in exactly what you need to eliminate squat, maintain safe headlight aim, and improve handling when towing or hauling.

Road shock, sway, and bottoming out can wear you down fast. Each LoadLifter air spring has a closed-cell urethane jounce bumper inside that engages when air pressure isn’t enough to support the load. This built-in bump stop acts progressively—the more weight you carry, the stiffer it gets—so you get a smoother ride and better control through rough roads or tight corners. Even if the air bags lose pressure, the internal jounces temporarily carry the load so you’re not stranded.

Durability matters when your suspension is doing the heavy lifting. These springs use 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber with exclusive upper and lower roll plates that protect against damage and extend spring life. High-strength Zytel nylon endcaps are lighter and stronger than steel, resisting rust and corrosion for long-term reliability. Urethane jounces require no maintenance and handle heat or cold without breaking down.
Adding serious suspension support doesn’t have to be complicated. The kit comes with all mounting brackets, hardware, manual inflation valves, and air lines needed for installation. Just mount the springs, connect the airlines, and inflate through easy-access valves—typically on the bumper. For an upgrade later on, you can add a compatible compressor system with in-cab gauges or wireless control to monitor and adjust pressure automatically.

The Air Lifts I purchased were for my 2015 Ford Super Duty, and they worked great. Ive since traded that truck in on a 2017 F-350 DRW Super Duty that has been engineered so that the springs are set in stages. This new 2017 doesnt need the Air Lifts, but if it ever did, that is what I would purchase.

Its fairly rare for the leak to occur in the bags themselves, the point where the air lines join the fittings is a much more likely culprit. The best way to find exactly where the leak is would be to add a little bit of water to a cup with a little bit of liquid dish detergent, and paint it on all the fittings, as well as at the schrader valve where you fill the system. A small paintbrush works well. When the system is pressured up, look for the bubbles and thatll be your leak. Leaks most frequently happen at the fittings because of the air line not being cut perfectly straight. If you find the bags are indeed the culprit, they are covered by a lifetime warranty. Been a little over a year and the bags are great. My set up works very well. No leaks. The compressor stopped working but I messed with the ground wire and it came back on. The compressor sits right in front of the tire so it sees a lot of wear and tear and shes still working good
