Weight Distribution Hitch Recommendation for Towing 2019 Jayco 145RB

I have a 2014 GMC Terrain and am purchasing a 2019 Jayco 145rb, dry weight is 2,380 lbs, gross weight is 2,995 with a hitch weight of 250lbs The tow vehicle is rated to tow 3,500 pounds, I have confirmed that with GMC and received this email Our resources are advising that the vehicle has a Maximum Trailer Weight Limit with Trailer Brakes of 1,588 KG 3500 llbs. It does note that without the trailer brakes the maximum trailer weight is 454 kg 1000 llbs. The Gross Combination Weight Rating the GCWR which would be the total allowable weight of the completely loaded vehicle and trailer including any passengers, cargo, equipment, and conversions is for 3700 kg 8175 llbs. The GCWR should *not* be exceeded. Is a weight Distribution Hitch necessary, if so what would you recommend? Could you also recommend which of these would be best Brake control Receiver to replace the factory 1 1/4 receiver Wiring to convert from 4 way to 7 way

A weight distribution system is recommended basically whenever the trailer weighs over half the weight of the tow vehicle or the suspension of the vehicle is experiencing significant sag. You'd be over the 50 percent weight capacity so a system would be recommended.
I'd recommend the Strait Line part # RP66082 which has a tongue weight range of 200-600 lbs and features the best style of sway control that works to fight sway before it starts.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
