We have a couple trailer hitch options confirmed to fit your 2019 Audi Q5. We have the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76183 and the Curt # C13331. Both are a similar installation with the same rated capacities. The Curt hitch is my recommendation as it is more user friendly with accessory fit due to better bumper clearance while still being almost flush with the bumper when not in use.

If you will be towing with this hitch, I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This harness uses zero contact interface sensors so there is no splicing into factory wires. You will use a power wire directly routed from your vehicle battery to power this harness. I've attached an article and a video to assist.

The final component for towing is an adjustable ball mount like # BWTS10035B to tow level. This ball mount also has a very cool stowable feature when not in use for a clean look. I recommend the locking hitch pin like # e98880 to secure your ball mount and deter theft.
