I have a 2018 Audi Q5 and need to get and have installed a hitch to carry a bike rack. I will also need to purchase a bike rack. I live outside of Charlotte, NC. Please advise

For your 2018 Audi Q5 the Draw Tite hitch part # 76183 is a really great option for carrying a bike rack. It has great weight capacities, is mostly hidden, and is also priced great.
I am not sure what type of bike rack will suit your needs the best but the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z is a great option to carry 2 bikes. It's a platform rack which means it's easier to load/unload and holds the bikes more secure than hanging racks and also in it's price range it's the most stable in the hitch with minimal movement when traveling.
