I need some parts to tow a trailer with our 2020 Q5, which hitch do you recommend and what else would I need?

The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch part # 76183 is an excellent option for a 2020 Audi Q5. I recommend the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch because the receiver tube opening is tucked behind the rear bumper so that it is not very noticeable from outside the vehicle. Furthermore, it has a nice powder coating which should minimize chips and scratches.
