Can I move the roadmaster evenbrake system to a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited?

You can absolutely move the Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400 to a different vehicle. If you don't want to remove everything from your current vehicle or if you just want the option of towing a second vehicle, then I recommend the Roadmaster Second Vehicle Kit # RM-98400. This kit includes a complete breakaway kit (wiring harness, cable and switch), the brake light relay, transmitter and instructions. This kit provides everything needed to complete installation of your Even Brake in your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

All I have is a main unit Roadmaster 9400 ,I will order a 2nd vehicle kit,what else do I need. I have a 2017 Jeep to tow

In addition to the braking system, you'll need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, and a lighting solution for your Wrangler. For the base plate kit I recommend the Demco # DM9519292 (assuming you have the factory standard bumper) and it'll work perfectly with the Demco Commander Tow Bar # DM9511012, which includes safety cables. Lastly for a lighting solution I really like the Roadmaster Diode Kit # RM-15267, which will let you wire the Jeep so that it accepts the RV's signal lights during travel.
