Question:
Will this fit 34inch frame? not sure how to measure. my 1994 ford f250 frame measures 34inch inside to inside of frame and then frame itself is additional 2inch each side. Also wondering if it will match holes in frame drilled for existing receiver. seems it would be a bad idea to keep drilling holes in frame. What are hole centers please?

When measuring the frame width on a vehicle, you will need to measure from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other frame rail. It sound like you have the 37-1/4 inch frame on your 1994 Ford F-250. Usually, you see the more narrow frame on cab and chassis models.
The CURT Trailer Hitch, # C15300, does not fit vehicles with a 34 inch frame but will fit the 37-1/4 inch frame. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you. It is possible that the holes will line up on the frame but it is also possible that some holes will need to be drilled. I went out to the warehouse and measured the hole spacing on the hitch. from the rear most hole to the center hole it measured 5-1/4 inches and from the center hole to the forward most hole it measured 4-1/4 inches on centers.
For a ball mount, use # BWBMHD30010. For a ball, use # A-90 (2 inch diameter) or # 19286 (2-5/16 inch diameter). For trailer wiring use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118316. I have included a link to the installation details and a link to a video showing a typical installation.
