The etrailer.com hitch part # E98854 is a confirmed fit 2 inch hitch with plenty of capacity that is confirmed as a fit for your 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. I recommend this hitch highly as it has great towing capacities at 4,000 lb trailer weight and 400 lb tongue weight as well as it's priced great.
Then for suspension enhancement I would recommend an air bag kit like the Firestone part # F4169 over a jounce style as with an air bag kit you can lower the bag pressure when not needed so that your unloaded ride quality isn't affected. The jounce style kits can give a harsher ride quality when unloaded over the air bag kits.
