Question:
I have a Roadmaster 9100 braking system on my 2017 F150. I want to install a breakaway switch. I have the cylinder and just need the switch and cable. Would part # FA80-00-2060 work? Thanks.

Expert Reply:
If you have the rest of the breakaway system for the BrakeMaster # RM-9100 and just need to replace the switch then yes, you could use # FA80-00-2060 if you wanted to. If you do not have the rest of the breakaway system you will need # RM-8600 which comes with a switch and everything needed to add a breakaway system to the BrakeMaster # RM-9100.
