For your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 with the short bed and factory rail kit I highly recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3770.
The Companion line is considered by many to be the best hitches on the market and this particular model is designed to drop right into the factory pucks on your Silverado. It also features a built-in slider that will provide you with 12 inches of front to back travel for making tight turns. It has 1 inch thick dual jaws for an excellent connection with the trailer, a fully articulating head to ease hookup and limit chucking, and has a 20,000 pound towing weight capacity.
