How to Convert a B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch From OEM Puck Style Base to a Turnover Ball Style

I have the BandW Puck slider version hitch for a 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500HD SB and would like to move it to another Chevy vehicle that has the BandW Turnover ball. Is there a conversion kit available or will I have to purchase a new BandW slider base. Buying another New slider would be very disappointing. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

It sounds like you have the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3770 in your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado with 6-1/2' bed and prep package.
For the other Chevrolet that has the B&W turnover ball set-up, you can use the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3405. This will allow you to use the turnover ball attachment point and the head from your current B&W Companion hitch.
