Question:

I already spent $800 on my hitch. Dont want to spend another $1700 on another. The truck I have is a 2019 Chevy Silverado HD 3500 w/ 8 foot bed. Not sure if that makes a difference

The only adapter we have that converts the factory GM rail kit of your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500 to a set of rails that a Patriot Slider hitch could fit is not compatible with your hitch. The best option we have would be to go with a B and W Companion Sliding Hitch that fits your rail kit directly with part # BWRVK3770.

Since you have a long bed truck you wouldn't need a slider hitch and could use a fixed hitch instead which would cost less. For that we have the part # BWRVK3700 instead which would be your best solution.
