Question:

I have a 2016 GMC 2500 Denali that came with the factory tow package. How does the patriot hitch attach to the truck it has a hole for a goose neck and four additional attach points. Do I need rails to mount the patriot or does mate to the existing attach points in the bed. Thanks for your time and assistance.

I have a great B and W slider hitch that fits your 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 with the factory rail kit but there isn't a way to install the Patriot slider as it is designed to fit a different style of fifth wheel rail.

Instead you'd want to go with the Companion part # BWRVK3770 which fits the rail kit of your truck directly and give you basically the nicest slider hitch you can ask for. Check out the
