Question:

I have an older HI-Jacker 24-UMS-21 that was installed in another truck, it utilized an under the bed mounting system mimicking a now factory setup, it got wrecked, I bought a newer 2016 GM 2500HD with the factory OEM fifth wheel and gooseneck prep package. Do they make a replacement leg that will fit in the factory GM holes and where I can use most of the old Demcos components, the hitchs crossmember/saddle and the hitch head and jaws, both the front and back brace/crossmembers Thanks

To try and convert the hitch you have now to fit the OEM rail kit of your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 long bed is going to be more trouble and money than it would be worth and since you'd still end up with a hitch that requires an adapter to install you are much better off with a new hitch altogether.

So for that I'd highly recommend the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3700 which fits the rail kit directly and gives you the best hitch available for your setup. People love the Companion hitches as they are quiet, easy to use, and also are very well built here in the US.
