While the Reese hitch you referenced does not fit the factory rail kit of your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 I have a really great (and superior) option with the B and W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3770. This USA made hitch is considered as the nicest hitch available as it's very reliable, easy to use, and can come apart in several pieces which makes installing/removing it a bit easier.
