When is the Mid-Year Cutoff for a 2016 Mazda CX-5

Question:

My CX 5 has a Production date of 5/16. Would that be considered a prior to mid year? Thank you.

If your 2016 Mazda CX-5 was made on May, 16th 2016 then you have a 2016.5 mid-year model as the cutoff date for prior mid-year models was April 1st, 2016. However, none of that matters when choosing a trailer hitch for your CX-5 as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13315 will fit both.
