Distance from Mounting Surface to Hitch Crosstube on Curt Hitch # C13701

Question:

What is the distance from chassis mount bolt holes down to the crossbar for the 701 and 702 ? 2 inch ?. I need to keep the 2 inch receiver opening up as close to the chassis rails as possible. 1997 Ford f53, this coach has a history of butt draggin. Also will your skid rollers fit the crossbar that will extend out past the mounting plates, I wont be cutting the ends off.

I spoke to my contact at Curt to get the measurements you requested. He said that from the top of the cross tube to the top of the mounting plate the Curt hitch # C13701 measures 1-1/2 inches.
