Measurements of Curt Trailer Hitch C15313
Published 08/27/2015 >
Question:
Can you provide the following measurements: -width of hitch bolt center to bolt center -height center of receiver to top of mounting holes think I found this in questions: 5 -5/8 -depth front of receiver to first mounting hole center Supposedly this is a fit for a 55-59 Chevy pickup, but I dont want to take the risk to order and find out it does not fit. Others have used the Reese version of this fitment with no problems. I like Curt hitches for some reason as have had good luck with them in the past. many thanks

I called my contact at Curt to confirm these measurements on the Curt # C15313 trailer hitch for you.
The width of the hitch from center to center of the bolt holes measures 38-7/8 inches.
The top of the receiver to the mounting holes measures 5-7/16 inches.
The reach of the hitch measures 11-3/4 inches.
My contact said he believes this hitch may be too wide for a 1955 Chevrolet Pickup. This hitch has not been confirmed to fit a 1955-1959 Chevrolet Pickup.
