Question:

Hello, I own a tekonsha P3 and I love it. Works perfectly with one small issue. I think the mounting bracket is one of the worst designs Ive ever seen. I have an 04 Yukon and have it mounted under the dash, because the darn thing protrudes almost an inch and a half, its almost removed my kneecap getting out of the truck numerous times! I am hoping I can use one of the standard C clamp designs that Tekonsha uses on their other controllers. Please let me know what my options are.

I have 2 part numbers for you to replace the cradle for your Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. Part # TK5901 is the cradle, # TK5904 is the bracket that screws into the dash. I am not sure which one you are using now but hopefully the alternative to what you have would work.
