I went out to our warehouse to measure the Curt Pintle Hook # C45908 to get the measurements you asked for.

I put it together and used digital calipers to ensure this measurement was as accurate as possible and found that it measured approximately 13.7" from the center of the furthest hitch pin hole to the middle of the ball and 12.7" from the center of the closest hitch pin hole to the center of the ball.
