Thule Adventurer Cargo Box Mounting Hardware Compatibility with Aero Crossbars

Im excited to see this quick mount part TH04997, and it does appear it can be used for my Thule Adventurer cargo box. The way my original hardware is attached to the box prevents it from mounting properly on my 2014 Audi Q5. I was using the box on my Volvo wagon and Saab wagon before I got rid of both cars. With TH04997, can I attach this cargo box to my Audi cross rails properly? I have slightly round-oval Audi cross bars, not the square ones anymore. Thanks for your help!

The Replacement QM3 - Quick Mount Hardware - for Adventurer Cargo Box # TH04997 will work well with your Audi crossbars that are an aero shape. I've attached a photo of the fit on that style crossbar.
If you have fixed bar locations on your Audi, you can drill holes where needed in your box to fit the roof box and mounting hardware and then use a sealant like # LT37467 to seal extra holes to keep water out.
