I do have a solution for you, however high-low adapters like the Roadmaster # RM-048-6 that you referenced are only designed for flat towing a vehicle. They are not suitable for towing a camper/trailer.
To get the rise you need to tow your trailer level, you will instead want to look at a ball mount with around a 6 inch rise. I recommend taking a look at the Draw-Tite Ball Mount # 2793. This ball mount is compatible with 2 inch hitch receivers, features a 6-3/4 inch rise (or an 8 inch drop), and has a towing capacity of 5,000 pounds with a tongue weight of 500 pounds.
It has a ball hole diameter of 1 inch so it will work well with a 2 inch ball like # 63845 or a 1-7/8 inch ball like # 19260.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this ball mount that you can also check out.
