Officially the 2007 Honda Odyssey is not towable, however many companies give the disclaimer that a large number of customers are towing it with the emergency towing procedures outlined in your owners manual without issue. If you choose to do so you will be outside of any warranty and taking the risk.
If you choose to use the Blue Ox Acclaim Tow Bar # BX4330 you asked this from with the included safety chains and the baseplates # BX2237, then you will need wiring, a supplemental braking system and a ball mount.
I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 for your wiring which will utilize your factory wiring while protecting it. It will give you a clean look and a 6-way connection so you can run a wire from the 12V pin to your vehicle battery to provide a maintenance charge.
For your braking system, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This will only require adjustment at initial installation and then becomes a plug and play system. The # RM-88400 relay is required to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
Finally, for a ball mount compatible have attached a link to adjustable ball mounts compatible with 2 inch hitch receivers found on motorhomes. I've linked an article to assist with choosing the correct rise or drop as most tow bars use a high-low adapter for correct height like in the attached article. For your application the adjustable ball mount will need to be compatible with that adjustment necessary.
