I wish there was a trick to opening the Yakima SkyBox 21 Rooftop Cargo Box # Y07337 with the handles broken off, but there is nothing that is feasible; you can try using a Channel Lock but it doesn't seem likely you can do it without damaging the box. Your best option is to drill out the assemblies and then replace them with the Replacement SuperLatch Handle Assemblies # Y8880348.

I was referring to drilling out the lock cores as I assumed by your question you meant that you could not get the key to fully turn and if that is the case you would need to remove the lock core of your SkyBox. If, however, the lock core is not the issue then you would not need to drill the cores out; once you do get it open you will still need Replacement SuperLatch Handle Assemblies # Y8880348.
