Whats the difference berween lert and tight hand lights

It sounds like you are referring to the Optronics Right Hand Trailer Light # ST8RB and the Left Hand # ST9RB. The only difference between the two assemblies is that the Left Hand/Driver's Side unit features an additional license plate light to illuminate the trailer's license plate.
