I have attached the complete installation instructions for the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK22-RSSA that you referenced. The torque specs for the included hardware can be found on page 2 of the instructions. We don't typically post these numbers on our site simply because they are always subject to change from the manufacturer.

To determine the correct torque specs when tightening factory bolts for the chassis/frame brackets, you will actually need to contact the RV's manufacturer for their specific recommendations. Roadmaster does not list this specification.
