Replacement Motor for Lippert 300-1406 Motor on RV Step Assembly

I have a problem motor for the steps on my RV. My unit is a 2012 Bay Star by Newmar. My step unit is made by Lippert and the number on the motor is 300-1406. Is there a replacement that will bolt directly in ?

To replace the Lippert 300-1406 motor on your RV step assembly, you will just need the Replacement Motor # LC301695. This is a direct replacement for the existing motor on your steps and will work great.

Not knowing the model I can't confirm exactly what functions these pins serve for sure but I can say that on other 6-pin connectors like the one with the #ACDOM135B pin 1 is the Compressor Hot and pin 4 is the Low Fan. I've attached a diagram…
