Can tow loops be reinstalled with Curt C13143 hitch on 2014 rx350 f sport?

Since your 2014 Lexus RX 350 is an F-Sport model the tow loops have to be removed and left off. The non-F-Sport models allow you to retain the hooks as needed when installing the Curt hitch # C13143.
