For your 2013 Lexus RX 350 with the F Sport package, I recommend going with the Curt Class III Hitch # C13143. This hitch is assembled in America and will have a max towing capacity of 4,000 pounds and 600 pounds of tongue weight capacity, though you will need to check your owner's manual for your vehicle's capacities.
There will be no drilling required for the install, but you will need to do some trimming to get it to fit properly. There is also a support bar under rear of your vehicle that will need to be removed for hitch installation, but it will be reattached at the end. I included an install video for you to check out as well.
