Is Trimming of Fascia Needed to Install Trailer Hitch in 2007 Lexus ES350?

Will this fit the 2007 Lexus ES350 without have to cut or trim fascia or bumper, etc?

I took a look at the installation instructions for both the Curt # C12343 hitch and the Draw-Tite # 36416 hitch to see if any fascia would need to be trimmed, and the Curt mentions that it may require fascia trimming.

However, the Draw-Tite # 36416 will not, as you can see in the installation video I've linked showing the Draw-Tite being installed on a 2008 ES 350, which will be the same as on your '07 model.
