Can E-Track Tie Down Rings part # 59147 Secure Straps at an Angle

Question:
Hi I want to mount two strips 8 foot down by the floor so i can haul other things. I need to use 6 straps on this 900 lb motorcycle I will mount a condor with backing plates two d rings for the two front straps then i have the center and the rear my question is can these last 4 straps pull against this e trac perpendicular there isnt that much force needed here is a link to the procedure, ties B/C and D Thanks for your time.

Yes, you can have the straps pull perpendicular if they are attached to E-Track Tie Down Rings part # 59147. They can have straps pull in all angles attached to these.
