Since your old trailer wheels are 14 inch in diameter you'll need to go with new wheels and tires to upgrade to a 15 inch setup with size 205/75-15. For that you'd want the part # A15R645SMD which has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
Or the part # TA27VR for a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern. These are the two most common bolt patterns. If you are unsure what you have I attached a help article that covers determining bolt pattern as well.
