Hi, If I am buying Item #C11367 for a trailer, will I need to purchase Item #119250KIT as well?

There are situations where if you are installing a trailer hitch you would not need wiring to go with it. So if you were installing the Curt hitch part # C11367 on your 2015 BMW 228i and only planned on carrying bike racks or cargo carriers there'd be no need for trailer wiring.
But if your plan was to tow a trailer you'd need the wiring part # 119250KIT that you mentioned.
