It sounds like you are looking for a new motor for an RV slide out.
I checked with my contact at Lippert Components, which makes the majority of OEM trailer and RV frames and slide-outs, and they do indeed have a direct replacement motor. You will want to order item # LC386321.
My Lippert contact as able to confirm this item is the correct replacement based on the part number you provided.
