I have a 27 foot event trailer bumper pull it weighs 7600 lbs I want to put an electric jack on it what weight of jack should I get

When determining if an electric A-Frame trailer jack will be sufficient for the weight of your trailer, you will just need to make sure the jack's capacity exceeds the tongue weight (not the total weight) of the trailer.
The etrailer.com Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX that you were looking at features more than enough capacity for your 7,600 pound trailer and will work great. A trailer's tongue weight will typically be around 10 to 15 percent of its total weight. This means your trailer should have a tongue weight of 760 to 1,140 pounds. The 3,500 pound lift capacity on the etrailer.com jack will allow it to work below its limit, which will lead to smoother operation and a longer lifespan.
This trailer jack has an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4 inches, a retracted height of 9 inches, and an extended height of 28-1/2 inches.
