Question:
I am considering buying the following for our 2014 Honda CRV: 75742 Draw Tite Hitch 56158 Curt Harness 18144 4-pole bracket Can you recommend wire loom size and quantity to go with this?

It sounds like you are adding a hitch with wiring and a connector for your 2014 Honda CR-V. The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Hitch, Item # 75742, is a confirmed fit for your Honda. It has a maximum towing capacity of 4,500 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 675 lbs. It has an easy bolt-on installation and all the hardware needed for installation is included.
The Curt T-One Wiring Harness, Item # C56158, will give you trailer wiring and a 4-pole flat trailer connector. It installs behind the driver and passenger side tail lights. It is stored inside your Honda so mounting and wire looms are not required unless you want them.
If you want to complete the mounting then you need a mounting bracket Like Item # 18144 that you referenced. I would also add a no-drill mount bracket like Item # 18140 so that you can secure the connector without drilling. If you decide to go this way, I am not sure how much wire loom you will need but we carry it and it is sold by the foot as Item # 459075-1.
You will also need something like the Etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit, Item # 989891, that includes a ball mount, two hitch balls (1-7/8 inch and 2 inch), a pin and clip, and a storage bag. I also recommend a Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock like Item # e98880.
Be sure to check your Honda owner's manual for instructions, limitations, and recommendations for towing.
I have attached some videos for you to check out.
