Differences Between the TorkLift SuperHitch Original D1104 and D1108 for a 2015 Ram 3500

Question:

What is the difference between D1104 and D1108 for a Torqlift Superhitch? Their website says D1104 is discontinued and D1108 is the new model for my application: 2015 Ram 3500 short bed crew cab 4x4 SRW.

The difference between the TorkLift SuperHitch Original D1104 that has been discontinued and the part # TLD1108 that replaces it is a slight design change that allows the D1108 to fit the newer 2018 Ram 3500. Either one will still fit your 2015 Ram 3500 though. I have confirmed this with my contact at TorkLift.

Both Original SuperHitch designs are made to work in conjunction with an OEM hitch that has been installed on the pickup. There is a small cutout in the trailer hitch that accommodates the OEM hitch (see attached picture).
