I need a front trailer hitch for a ford 2012 Lariat 4x4 , it would need to fit a receiver with a 2 inch ball to back a bass tracker boat in and out of a boat ramp

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31068 is my recommendation for your 2012 Ford F-150. I then recommend the Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball - 2" Drop # C45036 to allow you to launch and load your bass tracker boat. This combination will work very well for your application.
