Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this custom mounting bracket for your Detail K2 snowplow. Now it is important that before you actually order this to go through our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer. Input the year, make and model of your vehicle, and answer any other questions that it might have for you. And our fit guide will confirm if this works for you, or if we have something comparable that will work for you.

So this is a custom fit mounting bracket that is designed specifically for your vehicle, as I said. So this is gonna bolt right up to the existing mounting points on the frame. So because of that, you're not gonna have to worry about drilling or welding. This is gonna use those factory holes and it's going to use the hardware that it comes with, this bracket, and it's gonna be able to mount this right into place. So the installation should be pretty straightforward.

In terms of compatibility, this is going to work with several DK2 plow models, the Rampage II, the Storm II, and the Summit II. And I have the respective part numbers there for you on your screen. So this is designed to be used with 82-inch, 84-inch, and 88-inch DK2 plows. So if you already have one of those plows, or if you're planning on buying one, this mount is gonna be designed to work with those plows. Now, one of the biggest advantages is gonna be how easy this is going to make using your DK2 plow.

The bracket uses a two-point mount system, so you're gonna be able to attach or remove the plow in just a few minutes. That means when the snow is falling, you're ready to go quickly, and when winter's over, you can take the plow off without any hassle. Now, another great feature that this gives you is that it's gonna keep your truck looking clean year-round. The mount is designed to sit recessed behind your bumper, so when the plow is off, nothing bulky or awkward is gonna be sticking out. And this is also built to last. This is made out of reinforced steel with the black powder coat finish. So it's going to resist rust and corrosion.
