Hello, I would like to install the XF12-001 X-Factor cross member. I have a drain line in the way. Is the XF12-003 MR43WR the correct bracket kit to lower the cross member to avoid the drain line?

It is likely you can avoid the drain line when installing the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember for Standard Frame Hangers # MR33WR by using the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember Adapter Kit for Drop Down Applications # MR43WR.
I don't know exactly the location of your drain line, but I've added a diagram showing the # MR43WR and where it installs. It'll put the top of the crossmember about in the middle of your equalizer, so if that will give you the clearance needed you're good to go.
