2018 Ram3500 crew cab with factory hitch and running boards. Using a slide in truck campers and pulling a 3000 lb trailer. I need a hitch and rear camper tie downs.

For a 2018 Ram 3500 Crew Cab with factory hitch and 8-foot bed we do have hitch fits that are shown on the linked page. These include both 2-inch hitches like Draw-Tite # 41929 which fits with a standard factory bumper and 2-1/2-inch hitches like TorkLift # TLD1108-30. This is pre-drilled for TorkLift camper tie downs.
The fit of camper tie-downs depends on several factors including your hitch. TorkLift offers both steel and aluminum camper tie downs for the Ram 3500 Crew Cab 8-foot bed with factory hitch and running boards, parts # TLD2127 and # TLD3109 in steel and parts # TLD2127A and # TLD3109A in aluminum, which are about 20-lbs lighter.
