I have a 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty with Factory Bed - Crew Cab - 4X4 - Diesel - 6.75foot Bed Length. It shows that there are 2 different part numbers for the that truck because of the difference in the widths of the cab and chassis frame. How do I determine which size frame width I have?

There are two different TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver's for your 2008 Ford F-250. There is part # TLF1002-30 which has a 2-1/2" an 2" receiver tube opening and part # TLF1002 which has two 2" receiver tube openings.
The receiver tube opening size is the only difference between the above two hitches. I was not able to reference the different frame widths you mentioned. If you also need the TorkLift SuperTruss and then you can use one of the following depending on the length needed.
21" - part # TLE1521
24" - part # TLE1524
28" - part # TLE1528
32" - part # TLE1532
36" - part # TLE1536
42" - part # TLE1542
48" - part # TLE1548
60" - part # TLE1560
