This tire-and-wheel assembly comes with complimentary roadside assistance for 2 years. If your RV or trailer has a flat tire, call the help line and a technician will come change the flat for you. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
This tire has a 1-year No Excuses Guarantee. If within the first 12 months the tire is damaged in any way that's not covered by warranty, it will be replaced at no charge. You will also be compensated a flat labor rate for the cost of mounting the replacement tire.
This aluminum wheel comes with steel inserts in the lug nut wells. The inserts are pressed into the aluminum, and they help prevent the holes from wearing down over time. This ensures that the wheel stays secured to your trailer hub and that you won't have to constantly retorque the lug nuts.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hello everybody. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Goodyear Endurance. It's an ST 235 slash 85 R16 radial tire with a 16 inch margay aluminum wheel with an eight on six and a half inch lug pattern. Now folks, this tire wheel assembly is gonna be great for campers, trailers, and it's got that nice Margay series eight spoke design with a black machine finish, as you can see there on the front. Now it has an automotive grade clear coat finish on the front to protect it from scuffs and scratches.
And on the back it just has that regular powder coat finish. Just not that extra clear coat on the backside. No one's ever gonna see the backside right Now it does feature the steel lug inserts and those are gonna help the wheels securely hold in place on the trailer hub and also prevent your holes from walling out and that kind of stuff whenever you're using it during the life of it. Now it's also gonna eliminate the need for constant retightening of your lug nuts. Now this Goodyear Endurance radial tire's constructed with double steel belts and triple polyester ply for a long life and has a nice nylon tread firming belt that overlays everything and helps prevent belt separation inside the tire.
And it also has tread wear indicator or TWI to make it easier to see your tread death when you're looking at it. Now the inner liner on this has what's called a halo butyl rubber construction. That's gonna help reduce your air loss inside the tire, so it's gonna be great for highway use. The automotive grade tread handles water away from that tire to improve traction during snow, ice, wet conditions, those kind of things. And the dura wall technology reinforces the sidewalls with a nice rubber compound that prevents cuts and punctures, so it does have very nice sidewalls.
They raise scuff guard on the sidewall as well for an extra protection against curb damage, even. So you shouldn't have to worry about these getting scuffed up and everything. It also has decoupling grooves, which minimize irregular tread wear and also keep the tire cool while you're towing that trailer. Now again, it's an ST or a special trailer tire, so it has those strudy sidewalls that are made to handle those heavy loads and it's been created specifically for trailers. Once again, not intended for use on any other vehicle.
It meets all DOT specifications and FMVS specs and the wheel meets the SAEJ 1204 standards. And once again, the wheel itself is a 16 inch wheel diameter and it's a six inch wide diameter. The bolt pattern is an eight lug on six and a half. You measure diagonally, you get six and a half stud to stud center. The wheel stud size, this fits over a half inch. The wheel itself is weighted capacity at 4,080 pounds, while the tire rating is 3,640 pounds at 80 PSI. It's a 10 ply load range E. The maximum load again at 80 PSI is 3640, and the speed rating is 87 miles per hour or N. Overall diameter, you're looking at 31.73 inches. The pilot diameter here is 4.9 inches. So very nice tire and wheel combo folks, this again is the Goodyear Endurance. I'm Steven, thanks so much for your time as always, stay safe while you're towing, please.
Stylish wheel with dependable US tire.
