The B&W Companion Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # BWRVK3500, has a shipping weight of 205 pounds. Subtract a little for shipping materials but it's basically in the ballpark of 200 pounds or so since there isn't a lot of packaging.
If you also need the underbed gooseneck hitch to install the Companion let me know the year, make, and model of your truck and I can recommend the correct part number.
