I do have a solution for you, but the Tekonsha T-One # 118286 that you referenced is only confirmed to fit a 2016-2018 Honda Pilot.
For your 2015 Honda Pilot you need the T-One part # 118265 for a 7-Way or part # 118558 for a 4-Way.
To mount the 7-Way you will need the Mounting Bracket # 18138 and for the 4-Way you will need the Mounting Bracket # 18144. You can easily install either one on your trailer hitch with the No-Drill Mounting Bracket # 18140. I have attached a video installation to assist.
