Question:

I have an Atwood 10,000 lb electric jack 2003 model that will go up and down by using a drill. When you turn on the power switch you can hear a click at the top of the jack. The retract and extend buttons dont do anything. We have new batteries on the horse trailer. Is there a replacement motor for this jack? the number on the motor is 66120 Motor gearbox Date 5/20/2003

Thank you for the photos. Unfortunately there is not a replacement motor for the Atwood jack that you have. I think your best option is to replace the jack and the motor to get a working assembly. I recommend the Bulldog 2-Speed Jack - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return - Planetary - 12-1/2" Lift - 10,000 lbs # BD183816 along with the Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit for OEM 2-Speed Planetary Jacks w/ 12,000-lb Capacity # BD1824180100.

Another option is to use the more traditional Reese Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear Set - 36" Lift - 8,000 lbs # RP500708.
