Yes, the LED Trailer Light Kit part # TL16RK, Light Guide LED Backup Light part # BUL602CB, 25 ft. Wishbone 5-Way Trailer Harness part # A25W5B, and Right Angle 3-Wire Pigtail for Optronics Trailer Lights part # A47PB will all work together and give your trailer reverse lights.
The Submersible Tail Light Kit part # TLL36RK comes with a 4-way wiring harness and since you will be using a 5-way wiring harness, the more cost effective solution would be to purchase the Waterproof, Over 80" LED Trailer Light Kit part # TLL160RK and Mini Thin Line Sealed LED Marker/Clearance Light part # MCL-91AK instead.
In order to activate the reverse lights, you will also need a 5-way trailer connector on your vehicle. If you already have a 4-way then you can just use the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter part # 20036 but if you do not already have a 4-way trailer connector then you will also need to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56227 on your 2013 Nissan Leaf.
I have attached our trailer wiring help article to assist you with installation.
