my coupler is missing the breakaway kit the previous owner had welded the inner slide to the out side housing where it slides in can you send me a replacement

I guess the previous owner didn't want to use surge brakes? The replacement breakaway lever for the Titan model 20 coupler # T1899100 you will need # T1054100. If you need the chain also it is # T0776800.
