You will not be able to match your truck hubs because trailers and trucks are different and are not interchangeable. Which system you need and what components will depend on your trailer's weight capacity, bolt pattern, and how you are using it (for example: off-road). For example, the 3,500 pound Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Electric Brake Hubs, Item # A35RS545E, would come with everything you need. Based on the information you sent, I recommend purchasing two of the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Suspension systems, Item # ASR35HDS02, and creating a tandem system. This particular timbren system has a 4-inch lift, EZ Lube spindles, and each kit has a 3,500-lbs weight capacity. The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly-E-Z Lube, Item # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K, has a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and fits these spindles. The Electric Trailer Brake Kit, Item # AKEBRK-7-SA, includes left and right hand assemblies. Mounting hardware for the brakes is not included but the install kit that will have everything you need is Item # BRKH12. If you need a brake controller, I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller, Item # 331-EBRH-ACCV2, which is great for off-road situations. As you take on this major updating of your trailer, you will need to adjust your axle placement to distribute the weight properly. I have attached an article that gives more details. You will also be limited by the greatest capacity of the lowest rated component of your trailer which right now would be the 5,500-lbs carrying capacity of your trailer. This capacity may change after you make all the modifications but this is not a definite outcome. I am attaching additional information for you to check out that will help with your major trailer project.
